Proximity Home Inspections provides residential and commercial property inspection services across Long Island and NYC’s five boroughs.
Inspection Report
Reports are delivered digitally same day. They reflect the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection only.
Limitations
Inspections are visual only. We are not liable for concealed, inaccessible, or latent defects not visible at time of inspection.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service. We accept all major payment methods.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.

Proximity is a New York State Licensed Home Inspector, fully insured.
